Blending classical Pilates principles with modern workplace needs, I design tailored sessions to help teams counteract common desk-based and standing-job strains, such as:

- Lower back stiffness (prolonged sitting/standing)

- Neck & shoulder tension (screen posture, repetitive tasks)

- Wrist fatigue (typing, lifting)

- Mental fatigue (sustained focus)

Formal Sessions:

A structured Pilates-inspired class in your office space, focusing on alignment, breathwork, and mindful core engagement.

 

Informal "Desk-Side" Sessions

Adaptive Pilates techniques using everyday items (chairs, water bottles) to reset posture and energy—no need to leave desks.
